01 · Terms of service
Access is tied to your account.
- Access is issued to the account that completes checkout and Discord verification. Do not share, resell, or redistribute it.
- The client, launcher, supported Minecraft versions, module names, and delivery methods can change between releases.
- Keep your Discord account and payment details secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
- Use Gamble Client only where you are allowed to use it. Server rules always control what is permitted in-game.
- Gamble Client is independent from Mojang, Microsoft, Discord, payment providers, and the servers mentioned on the site.
02 · Privacy
We keep the portal useful, not curious.
- Discord sign-in may store your Discord ID, username, avatar, display name, role checks, selected plan, verification state, and login timestamps.
- We do not ask Discord for your account password or email. The site account email, when present, is used for account and payment administration.
- Payments and license delivery may retain provider IDs, purchase state, device identifiers, license hashes, build type, and security timestamps.
- Support tickets, bot actions, client presence, chat messages, and moderation events may be retained to operate support and prevent abuse.
- Optional Spotify connections store the tokens and scopes needed to refresh the integration. Deleting the connection removes those tokens.
- You can request account deletion through support. Active sessions and social records are removed; records required for accounting, fraud prevention, or disputes may be retained or anonymized.
03 · Refunds and renewals
Know what you are buying.
- Lifetime and Beta++ access are digital purchases and are normally final once delivered, subject to applicable consumer law and staff-approved exceptions.
- Chargebacks, payment reversals, stolen payment methods, redistribution, or verification bypasses may suspend access while the issue is reviewed.
- For a billing question, include the account and transaction details through Discord support instead of posting payment information publicly.
04 · Acceptable use
Protect the service and the people using it.
- Do not leak, mirror, sell, upload, or redistribute the client, launcher, personalized loader, or private download links.
- Do not attack, scrape aggressively, spam, impersonate staff, or bypass the account, payment, Discord, or license systems.
- Do not use stolen credentials, fake identities, or another person’s Discord account to obtain or transfer access.
- Report security and access issues privately through Discord; do not publish working bypasses.
